Keep your own day in My Space
My Space holds your personal calendar, tasks and notes. It is private to your account and works without joining a care group. Care-group membership does not give others access to these records.
Find information beyond chat
A participant’s Care Space includes medication information, care documents, care plans, contacts and a Care Card, subject to your permissions. Medication information and its change history are separate from records of medication being given. A scheduled visit is not proof of completed care.
Bring the right people together
Participants, family members and support workers can be members of the same group. The group owner manages invitations and permissions. Membership does not mean everyone has the same access to every part of the record.
Make the everyday plan visible
Visits, appointments and tasks give people a shared picture of what is coming up. Handovers and messages help connect that plan with what happened during a visit.
Keep it useful
Agree as a group where updates belong and who will keep details current. A shared place works best when the people using it know what to put there and when to check it.
