During the visit
Keep the person’s preferences in the conversation. Use your existing care instructions and professional responsibilities to guide the support you provide. Neume organises shared information; it does not direct care or make clinical decisions.
At handover
Use the care feed to describe what happened and what the next worker needs to know. Neume includes structured checklists and handover notes, alongside messages for conversations with other group members.
Across your care groups
Independent workers may support more than one person. Neume brings their schedules together while keeping each participant’s information in its own care group.
